Tuna rice salad

Tuna rice salad is one of my favorites and always a good idea when I don't feel like cooking something complicated.

  • 200 g of rice,
  • 2 canned shredded tuna or pieces,
  • 1 red pepper,
  • 1 canned corn kernel,
  • 10-15 olives,
  • 2 green onions,
  • parsley,
  • sea ​​salt,
  • pepper,
  • 1 lemon

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Rice salad with tuna:

Boil the rice in plenty of water with a little salt. Rinse well with cold water and place in a bowl. (I boiled it for about 15-17 min).

The canned tuna is drained of excess oil and placed in a bowl over the rice.

Cut the green onion, the kapia pepper and finely chop the parsley. Put in a bowl over the rice and tuna.

Add corn, olives and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Stir gently a few times, put the salad in individual bowls and serve.

If you have tuna in your own juice, you may need a few drops of oil in the salad

You can put a few chilli flakes on top, if you like it slightly spicy
