"Raffaello" candies

Good luck, my dears! Today I will show you how to make the famous "Raffaello" candies, with a soft interior, and a hazelnut in the middle.
A simple recipe, perfect for the Christmas table!
I was inspired by Rocsy! :)
They came out very good !!!!

  • 325 gr. powdered milk
  • 100 gr. coconut
  • 150 gr. butter
  • 200 gr. sugar
  • peel of a lemon
  • lemon juice
  • 30 gr. hazelnuts or almonds

Servings: 30

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION "Raffaello" candies:

Put the sugar and butter in a saucepan and leave until the sugar has completely melted. Remove from the heat and add the lemon peel and juice. Then we put the coconut. Mix well. Gradually add the powdered milk. Stir and leave to cool a little.

We form medium balls from the resulting composition and in the middle we put a hazelnut or an almond, we put it through the coconut and ready, the first ball :) We do the same, until we finish the whole composition.

They are a bit meticulous when you model them, but they are well worth it! :)
