Appetizer eggs stuffed with duck pate

Wash the eggs, put them in a pan to boil with cold water and salt for 7-10 minutes. After boiling, put in cold water to cool and clean easily.

Peel the eggs, cut them in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolk without the egg white breaking.

Mix the yolks well with a fork, add the duck pate, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper, mix everything very well, it will look like a cream. Over this cream we add very finely chopped cucumbers and mix and then we pass the filling of the egg halves.

Using a teaspoon, fill each half of the egg with this cream and place them on a plate.

With the help of a pos I put mayonnaise over each half of the egg and on top I garnished with cucumbers and donuts cut into small pieces.
