The vegetables are washed, cleaned and finely chopped.

Brussels sprouts salad
500 g Brussels sprouts
1 small pepper
10-15 green olives
150 g salted cheese (I used feta)
Dressing from:
olive oil
honey
lemon juice
chilli
salt pepper

Peel a squash, grate it and wash it. Bring the water to a boil with a little salt and when the water boils, add the cabbage. Let it boil for 5-8 minutes, so that it does not soften completely.

Meanwhile, prepare the dressing from 2-3 lg of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of honey, lemon juice (3-4 lg approx), chilli (I had dry), salt and pepper.

Cut the olives into 2, the thinly sliced ​​pepper and the cheese are crushed with a fork.

Drain the boiled cabbage.

In a larger bowl (possibly with a round bottom) put boiled cabbage, olives and peppers and pour the sauce over. Stir by inverting, being careful not to crush the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Finally, place the cheese on top and mix gently enough to enter the salad.

We ate with chicken breast and tomato salad.


Salad: eggplant, tomatoes, garlic.

The delicious salad comes from eggplant with tomatoes and garlic. The vegetable mixture has a pleasant salty taste with bitter garlic.

  1. Wash 2 pieces of Bulgarian pepper in two pieces and remove the core with bones. Cut into strips.
  2. Three fleshy tomatoes turn into halves of rings.
  3. The bulb cut the seeds thinly.
  4. Grind the garlic in any convenient way.
  5. With 2 medium-sized clean eggplants, cut the greens from the edges and cut into rings. You do not need to remove the shell. Made in a large bowl and season with salt to stack a bitter juice.
